I use this app every morning and sometimes a couple times. The meditations are guided so well and it has such a vast inventory of topics! These meditations help me gain peace, focus, reconnect with my heart and confidence moving into my day! Thank you ROV app!!

A great meditation app! This app has so many different meditations that are all put together with care and expertise. These meditations are so much better than most of the stuff in other apps or on YouTube and I can honestly say I’ve learned a lot about myself, the mind, and meditation from following the ROV sessions.
The app also has a bunch of other great functions like an intuitive and fun coherent breathing timer, session tracking, mood tracking, progress logs, etc, that make it feel like a nicely rounded app overall. Recommended!

The meditations in this app are varied and targeted so they are easy to use in whatever circumstances present themselves. Whether you have five minutes or 40, whether you need inner peace or are grappling with abundance, there’s something here. Stephen Altair and Kevin Schoeninger are experienced meditation teachers and leaders. Their voices are soothing and a pleasure to follow. This is my new go-to meditation collection!
