Not reliable
I won’t advise anyone to open rova, is not reliable despite not having the functions of digital banks/ high street banks but they block customers account for no reason. I have been with rova for over a year now but I have gone through hell since I have been with them. They ask silly questions like show prove of your parents business, bring their bank statements, why is your wife not on tenancy agreement and so on. Sometimes I wonder if the compliance team don’t read the law of U.K before asking for documents. This is not Nigeria you can ask people thinks knowing that no one abide by the law. My account has been blocked for over 3 weeks now despite showing proof of where the money came from. The fact that the funds came from my other account and they had to block my rova is questionable. I won’t advise an anyone to try this bank because they will go through what I have been through.

I texted them a week ago nothing, you go on live chat? Just poor robot.

Rova transfer issue
Currently unhappy with the help and support. Having a technical issue with transferring funds out of my account to another account. As a company you should be on board and have your technical issues resolved immediately.
I need access to my funds. I can’t transfer my funds out due to a technical problem there side.
I have been in touch with customer team and not responding back to emails or Live chat. I am currently unhappy with this.
