The app needs revamping
Every time I come to Rove, there’s always an error message that comes up stating “Session already in progress,” so I have to manually tap my phone on the charger instead of scanning the QR code from my phone. The sticker states “It’s even easier with the Rove app.” Well, I strongly disagree with that statement. It’s more difficult. I even removed and reinstalled the app, and it still did fix the problem. The staff is helpful and the app is not.

Amazing App and User Friendly
The Rove Charging app is super helpful and easy to use. I have the ability to start and end a charge, buy car washes, and manage my receipts all in one place. Set up was easy and quick!

Stopped by today with my kid and this will be our new go-to charging spot! Super clean, friendly staff and easy charging. Love that I can use it without creating an account, but honestly, I’ll be back, so I went ahead and did it! Highly recommend.
Great charging experience and easy to use app.
I checked to see the charger availability for my Mach-e and arrived with plenty of chargers open. I scanned the QR code on the plug to start my charge and then walked around to check out the center. I liked that I was able to stop my charge from the app without having to go back to the charger.
Ripoff
It’s a brand new startup but the app already feels outdated next to its major competitors. You need to scan a QR code to start your charging session whereas EVgo, Electrify America, and ChargePoint will automatically start your session right from your phone. The prices are ridiculous and the company doesn’t deliver all the amenities it promises. Prices are ridiculously expensive compared to competitors, with no membership option for discounts. I’d be very surprised if it stays in business longer than a year and I wouldn’t be surprised it files bankruptcy in its first few months

Easy to Charge
