Tapping "New Session" on the app will reset the PM5 and start a new Just Row session. Workouts can now be programmed in the app and sent to the PM5. Speech recognition can be used to program new workouts, including complex workout arrangements. Work Goals have been upgraded and will synchronize with the Workouts Menu to establish pace and rate goals for the pieces. Work sessions can now be uploaded to Concept2 Logbook and Strava and shared on social media. More features in Insight Mode, including special data with drive length, peak force, relative peak force percentage, and drag factor. New Splits mode in history, where the user can see the workout in split intervals, and customize the view and selection. Workout Analysis History Range, where the user can select a section of the workout and see the average performance, then drag this range across the timeline to compare performance averages throughout that workout history. Stroke Seat Avatar function, where the avatar rows by itself so the user can follow the motion, instead of the user controlling the avatar. Faster reaction in animation, faster graphics, and game dynamics. Vibe pace works better. Small design changes. Bug fixes.
