Charged two times for same package, never received confirmation SMS for the activation of the packag

Spoke to their customer service representatives on call and they didn’t accept their system’s failure, blamed me for activating the same package twice, refused to refund for one package, it’s disgusting, very frustrated to see how not just individuals even the companies are ripping people off of their money in Pakistan, pathetic customer service and the dodgy company policy by Jazz or ROX.

ROX’s really remarkable feature!

The best feature that makes ROX such a great service is its roll over minutes offer. I’m all for things not going to waste, and it’s such a fair deal to roll utilize minutes sms or data that we’ve paid for, adding on to the next months cache as long as we subscribe before the 30day period is over. I wish there was an annual or perpetual self subscribe feature! Something think about for the ROX deal makers!

Scam Alert

Very bad experience with Rox/Jazz.
I subscribed to the Insane Vibe package using my Easypaisa account, and the payment was successfully deducted. However, I did not receive any subscription or EasyLoad benefits.

I contacted Rox support multiple times. First, they claimed that my payment was not successful. When I showed them the payment screenshot, they changed their statement and said there was a system issue affecting all of Pakistan and that it would be resolved soon.

It has been a long time now, and I still haven’t received the subscription or any refund. My money is completely wasted. This feels like a scam, and I am extremely disappointed with Rox’s service and support. 💔

Network issue

Packages are too expensive and network is zero 👎🏿👎🏿

Bad user interface for adding numbers.

See ufone user interface for super5 and learn from it. Added numbers stay in it even after package expiry so you dont need to add them again n again every month. They just open option to change numbers in everyslot after month if you can to change it. I just subscribe package and all numbers got removed. When i tried to add a number mistakenly i have chosen wrong number which is added. Now i cannot rwmove. Kindly add typing option aswell beside choosing from contacts. Now i am adding other numbers but unfortunately they are not getting added. I called helpline for complaint. They gave me 5 days resolution time. Whats the use of getting expensive paclae if i am unable to add family members in it….
