I couldn’t login even through website. And even forgot password didn’t work I didn’t receive any email. Please fix

Whoever decided to change a well-designed, working, functional, highly converting booking system, for one of the leading cinemas in the UAE needs to think hard about their life choices. TERRIBLE
This new update is so bad
The new update is disappointing. The interface feels confusing, performance is slower, and features that used to work smoothly are now frustrating.
This update made the user experience worse instead of better. I really hope the team fixes and improves the app before it’s too late,

Not sure what is the purpose of revamping of your app? To make your good service down and unusable!!

Spoiled User experience
As a longtime user of the App, the recent update has completely ruined my experience. I’m in the cinema usually up to 10 times a month, this recent app update & experience leaves me wanting to switch to whole other cinema brand entirely!
The worst cinema app ever
How could the best cinema in Dubai , end up with such a horrible app . Nothing works as it should and whomever worked on this app should be ashamed of the quality of it .. please change it at the soonest
The old up was better
The app is really bad, you can’t log in, can’t log out, It let me book a ticket twice and getting that sorted was a nightmare. Extremely bad app. I even switched to other chain cinemas for just how I hate this app
The “new” app is a disaster
The “new” Roxy app is a disaster and full of defects and malfunctions. The “old” app was much better and much more stable!!

No idea what people are yapping about. App works great. All my points are in there. Zero problems. Maybe it was temporary.
Terrible since last update
I don’t know who the developers are but this clearly has not been properly tested before releasing to the public. Account details not showing, points disappeared, new bookings are not linked to the account and don’t show under bookings section. Horrible user experience.
The amount of time I have to sign in
The app keeps crashing and is not user-friendly. I can’t access my account, use offers or deals, purchase tickets using my Roxy Platinum loyalty points, or buy food and apply loyalty discounts.
Amazing Cinemas
This new cinema app has completely changed the way I book movies. It’s fast, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Browsing showtimes, selecting seats, and completing a booking now takes just a few taps, and what used to feel like a hassle has genuinely become a breeze. The clean design and quick performance make it a pleasure to use, and it’s now my go-to app whenever I’m planning a trip to the movies.

Needs to be improved
It says “Your session is expired”. There is no possibility to sign out. Had to delete and re-install every time.
NEW APP IS TERRIBLE!
Unable to access my original Roxy Plus Platinum account all my points are gone. Also no longer able to book the promotions e.g Sunday Roast and Date Night tickets via the app, only option to book normal tickets for all showings.
Application stability
After Roxy UAE decided ti upgrade the old application to this new application platform few months ago including all updates after that , the online experience is really bad
Many times upgrade cause point loses , ability to login and more with only one option delete and re-install APP
Also who ever select this font and layout is not clear (when you go MyRoxy almost fonts overlapping letters)
I suggest to redesign the APP and use different development company that really have Q/A

APP ISSUES
The app is horrible. it keeps lagging and signing me out!!!! I’m sick of this glitch. FIX YOUR APP. I can’t even book a seat from the way its glitching!!!!

It’s keeps crashing, not user friendly, can’t buy tickets using our loyalty card points (as a Roxy platinum), no offers/deals from many major banks or else, can’t buy food through it & apply our discounts as loyal members … basically many things needs to be improved to reach the basics of customer satisfaction ( especially as loyal members).

Roxy Cinemas new app - the worst
I’m one of your longtime Platinum members in Dubai Hills; I’ve always loved the service and experience. However, your recent app update/upgrade was such a disappointment - it didn’t recognize the old users login and requesting for a login update doesn’t even happen. It’s like a joke. Ideally, same as the rest when you update the app all the details (login and points) from your existing customers should be retained. I’ve been trying to login and book a movie for how many times and even to reset the login doesn’t even worked.
