Amazing tips for anyone

My professor introduced this app to me when I was prepping for a tournament. I am 39 and was 38 at the time and the techniques in this app are useful to anyone at any age. It really helped me in my competitions and in my everyday rolling at my gym tremendously.

Great instructor

I’m 54 years old. Today I was able to control a BJJ 26 year old blue belt just from using your app. I have no jiujitsu belt. Thanks!

Wonderful

I have had this app for over a year and it has been a remarkable resource for effective strategies on the mat. I started BJJ at 56 and can't keep up with the young guys. Roy is crystal clear. For example, his simple strategies for escaping mount and side control have saved me many times. My favorite is his super simple defense against the kimura. It leaves my opponents completely confused.

While many of the techniques are basic there is actually a lot of material here. The more I watch it the more I learn

Save your ribs buy this app.

Thank you Prof. Harris for clearly and calmly explaining to me how to survive as a 50 year white belt. Spine surgeon, married with 2 children, Park City, Utah.

Ripoff

This isn't really an app. It's just a handful of videos, each lasting a few minutes in length. At this price point, I expected much more.

Plus, the instructor is monotone and seems drugged. They should call this video series, "The Cure For Insomnia", because Harris will put you to sleep (without utilizing a choke).

Great App for the older martial artist

Mr. Harris presents straightforward material that is easy to implement at your next class. Easy to maneuver through and very thorough bio mechanical explanations to help you understand why you are doing what you are doing.

Sub-Menus/Cost

Really enjoyed the material but found the lack of sub-menus, for easy referencing, unnecessarily frustrating.

£17.49 is also on the steep side.

Excellent...

Mr. Harris has a way of really simplifying a very complex martial art. This app contains nothing but "meat and potatoes"....no fluff. It's easy to navigate through the chapters. The sound and film quality are excellent. The title speaks for itself but he really does give you information you can use the next time you train. I've surprised some of the "young guns" at my club because all of the sudden I can compete with them by playing "smarter" and not trying to match their seemingly never ending endurance.

Helpful!

Roy Harris flew under my radar after seeing Roy Dean's instructionals and I had a lot of respect for the man simply through Dean's high praise of him.

I'm 41 and find much of what he offers in this app to be incredibly useful as beneficial concepts to add to your arsenal. Many of the fundamentals, methods, and positions make for a more enjoyable time on the mat while effectively assisting in the prevention of injuries.

Let's see a companion app soon, Mr. Harris!! As the martial artists from the 90s are getting up there in age, these apps make for nice additions. (It would be great to see both Roys create an app that's the same quality as Mobile Apps BJJ--they really set the bar high.)

Thank you for taking the time to focus on this demographic!
