I recently set up an online banking account, and it worked smoothly for the first few days. However, I am now unable to access it, despite using the correct username and password. An error message continues to appear. I contacted customer service for assistance and was informed that one of the branches had locked my account. They are now requesting that I visit in person to unlock it, even though I have already provided all necessary information, including my Social Security number. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and if it were possible, I would give a zero-star rating.

Worst banking app out there. The app is so difficult to use compared to other banking apps.
The worst banking app for ever.....
It asked me to put in my birthday, and it show me the calendar, so I need to tape the previous button for every single month to let the calendar to show my birthday... it took me more than 3 minutes ( tape the previous button more than 500 times) ， why just let me type my birthday in ??
