I love your games but I don’t use the chat function AT ALL anymore from the amount of harassment and inappropriate role playing your players do and do not get punished for.If you’re going to make this game appealing to children 9-12 and not even monitor it?!Children 11-12 are normally the recommended age for this game but from the amount of disgusting things in chat I’d recommend not even touching it

Bugs
I played this game a long time ago and loved it, I have recently redownloaded it and it seems like there are a lot more bugs in the game recently. Hope they look into it and improve the game.

This game is a good game. I’ve been playing it for 10 years however, the developers really need to update this game. It crashes too much. There isn’t enough events and there is always issues with the UI. I see that this was updated last three years ago and the developers are not quick to answer questions about bugs. The good thing about this game is not very paid to win and is very generous, but please this game needs to be updated. Expeditiously!

No more events
I love the game and all, but it’s been years since they’ve given an event. I’ve been playing for 5 years and I feel like the developers just don’t care about the game and players at all. They also haven’t made new stories for the game in about 2 years. It makes me really sad since they left us on a cliffhanger. I even took a break from the game, hoping they’d update the story, but they didn’t.

I genuinely love this game. The story is so serious yet lighthearted. It helps me escape for an hour or two a day and is my choice to wind down instead of scrolling on socials that make me anxious. I really do love it. I haven’t spent money on it yet there’s always something to do! Perhaps I will one day bc I do like it enough to support it!

We need updates/a game revival
Hello and thank you for taking time to read my email, i have no problems with the game and only wish that we get an update. Many community members are worried it will remain a pay to win, dying/dead game. On behalf of all players, we urge you to add more events or redeem codes, maybe even give new game functions. Events like holiday exclusive or a new mini game would be great. Or maybe even just more advertising for the game to get more/new players would enrich the gaming community. Many many players would love to see this game thrive again.

ANY NEW UPDATES?
The last game update was 3 years ago…where did the developers go?? I’ve been playing for years and constantly waiting for new storyline chapters or whatever else. It just seems like a P2W now

Fix the chat animation
They haven’t even fixed their game properly and if you tried to say “forgot” in the chat, it makes the word get censored, making it seem like you are trying to say something offensive. Please be careful on what you plan on saying because it can get censored and appear to be like an offensive word.

Prices Raised
I enjoyed playing this game in 2020, and I abandoned it until 2025. Things cost more jade and ingots than they did, and with this new “godly” equipment, it’s basically pay to win. Not even some adults can afford it. It’s fun but not fair when you have to give lots of money to the royal chaos gods to become more powerful than others.

I really enjoy this game but over the years the developers of this game has kinda of forgot about it! Please come back RC developers! Please give us a new server! There are new players everyday and players still spend money on this game!
Great game but neglected
I’ve been playing this game since 2018 and it used to have a very lively community and lots of events, but it hasn’t been updated since 2023. I see a lot of old players returning to it and some huge spenders are still playing. The graphics and storyline are very good so I hope the developers can give some time again to this game and give us updates.
