Mala comunicación o truco de venta.

La aplicación es 0 de 10 pero no hay manera de escoger menos de una estrella. Y respecto al club, todo bien pero Desde un principio me dijeron que los hijos heredaban la membresía, pero resulta que ahora años después para añadirlos es un costo adicional de más de 1,000 dólares.

Useless

It keeps telling me there is an update available for it to work, and when I click on ‘update’ it goes to the App Store where it shows no updates. It’s a vicious circle and I can’t get it to work

Doesnt show all resorts

Tried Aruba- doesn’t support This app isn’t ready for member use

Update 11/2924 - after two years since last review . Tried latest version 2.1.107 - destination search doesn’t work. No way to see all the resorts.
Despite the developer response the Only “surprise “ was that this app is still in the App Store .

As of now, our app currently offers access to all our Park Royal, Princess and Villa Bejar hotels and resorts, but we do aim to add further destinations to it as soon as possible! Buffing Endlessly

Attempted to setup account but unable to get past the “link account” phase, all I get is the buffing wheel spinning endlessly. Wondering if the App was released without proper testing, it needs more work. For now I don’t recommend using the app.

BIG TERRIBLE App

Just got email encouraging me to use this app for making my reservations. Well I logged in and under search entered the resort I was interested in. But nothing happened after clicking search. Instead it allows you to make reservations at some of their home resorts. I guess that is the purpose of this app. To make it easy to reserve where Royal Holiday wants you to go. Will stay with phone call to make future reservations.

Not with the money

This app is worse than their website and I would not think that could be possible. Which is only slightly better than the customer service. How do you confuse Greece and Cozumel?

Does not load, its a piece of junk just like their website. Probably the same developers. Don’t waste your time downloading this to your phone. Useless
