This app is never working

Developers what is going on this app never allows me to login myself, every time I’m trying there is a errors appearing telling me to try later. Nonsense

Purchase History not working

As title, when you go to purchase history it no longer loads, just says error. No signal at our PO and that’s where I take a screenshot of the code to send parcel.

Could be a great app. When they get it right

When tracking parcels it’s constantly reporting that it’s currently unable to confirm the status of a parcel and it looses the names you have assigned to a parcel. Delivered parcels get copied to the completed list but not removed from the Active list. Now my list is a mess and it takes too much work to work out which parcel is which and if it’s been delivered or not.

Is this can be sorted the app would be great.

App crashes on launch for months now. No help from Royal Mail or their app developers whatsoever despite my reaching out. Avoid!
