They force you onto the app to book a redelivery and it’s hopeless. Lets you get to the end , wastes maximum time and then fails. What was wrong with the old system. Total joke

Always Crashes

I always start off in here and end up on the website. Not very impressed.

Infuriating

Using this app is like hitting your head with a hammer, all I want is to find out where my parcel is and collect it from a depot, no I do not want to send a parcel I want to collect it. Also thank you very much for not updating the tracking for 4 days and then proceed to send the parcel when I’m working only telling me a few hours beforehand so I can’t sign it. Thank you.

Frequent logging off

Used this app for many years, sometimes every day sometimes 2-3 days later. However it regularly needs me to login ie logs me out, pretty much every time i use it
