I downloaded the app they then sent me to a site to pay and get a code to unlock the audio. I never got the code I’ve sent two emails and no response! This is a scam!!!

This app pretends to be the Palacio Real of Madrid’s app, but it is not. Don’t be fooled like I was.
I bought the audio guide from palacio Real of Madrid official site, and thought this was the app to play the audio guide, but it is not. In stead, it’s another web site that tries to sell you information you can easily find on google for free. Disgusting!!

Don’t buy this. Period. It costs $3 to get audio via an in app purchase and it costs $3 to get an audIoguide there. So just get the audIoguide there! You can’t family share in app purchases. It also has no pause on audio
