J’ai utilisé l’application pour envoyer de l’argent à l’étranger. L’argent a bien été prélévé de mon compte mais le destinataire ne l’a toujours pas reçu passé 48h. Le service client ne répond pas au mail. J’exige un remboursement !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Le service client est inexistant . Depuis hier que j’ai envoyé de l’argent pour le Cameroun . J’ai été débité mais la personne n’a toujours pas reçu de l’argent . J’ai appelle , j’ai écris , j’ai laissé un mail toujours rien . Certe le taux d’échange est alléchant mais je vous conseille de ne pas utiliser cette application .

For more than 2 days I made a transaction from Canada to Cameroon in the amount of $900. The transaction was never made yet the amount was debited from my bank account.
So far no response to my many emails I have sent and messages on WhatsApp.

Im scared this is a scam.
I sent money today to my mom in Cameroon. It was 10:36 here in Canada. At the moment I am writing this review, it is 7:53 pm and the money has still not arrived my mother’s account. I called the customer service at 12pm and the said it was network issues. For 9 hours now.

Hello, when I started using this app everything was going on well but yesterday I sent money needed for an emergency and till now the person hasn’t received the money yet. Please can you verify this. It’s a matter of dead or life please. Thank you

J’ai effectué un transfert vers le Cameroun via Roze Remit. La transaction a été annulée par Roze Remit elle-même, mais mon compte a tout de même été débité du montant total. Depuis, j’essaie par tous les moyens d’obtenir un remboursement, sans succès.
J’ai contacté le service client par téléphone à plusieurs reprises : on me répond systématiquement qu’aucun agent n’est disponible. J’ai écrit sur leur WhatsApp professionnel, sans aucune réponse. J’ai également soumis un ticket de support officiel : aucun accusé de réception, aucun suivi, rien. Trois canaux de contact différents, et un silence complet sur les trois.
Une entreprise qui débite l’argent de ses clients pour des transactions qu’elle annule elle-même, puis qui devient injoignable sur tous ses canaux, n’inspire aucune confiance. Je demande un remboursement immédiat de la somme débitée pour cette transaction annulée, et j’attends une réponse publique ici, puisque leurs canaux privés ne fonctionnent visiblement pas. Je déconseille ce service tant que ce problème n’est pas résolu.

Please don’t use this application ever. This application has zero security in built. A scammer was able to intercept in the middle of the transaction and tried to steal the money. Luckily my bank locked out my account. Please stay away from this application the exchange rate might seem tempting but not worth the risk.

On dirait que ce sont des robots qui y travaillent. Ils demandent les mêmes documents justificatifs à chaque transaction . Je les ai envoyés plus de 6 documents différents ils ont retenus mes fonds pendant 2semaines

This app isn’t good at all. They’re charging service fee in dollars even when their rates are always lower than other platforms. And no bonus like other platforms. I regret why I downloaded it the first time.
Bad luck
This is the worst app to ever download on your phone. I have been battling one transfer for 6-7 hours now by them invading my privacy. Please , if you do live your peace of mind and no drama just avoid this app in every way. Don’t get greedy by their rate. You will get the worst experience ever.
