Absolute JOKE
What an absolute joke of an app, by a major ISP no less, signing only works half the time and is painfully slow when it works, almost none of the basic features it’s advertised to do - monitor progress of order (“you have no orders”) works, can’t edit any information, can’t even enable notifications without going into a permission loop - enable in settings, it is enabled in settings, prompts for PIN when biometrics is enabled, and then fails to log in… to name but a few.

I think I managed to use this app once since I joined RSAWEB. It’s always the same message “There was an error retrieving you orders and services”
Usage
Both capped and uncapped accounts with fair acceptable usage you should be able to see on the app how much data you’ve used and how much is remaining.
