Absolute JOKE
What an absolute joke of an app, by a major ISP no less, signing only works half the time and is painfully slow when it works, almost none of the basic features it’s advertised to do - monitor progress of order (“you have no orders”) works, can’t edit any information, can’t even enable notifications without going into a permission loop - enable in settings, it is enabled in settings, prompts for PIN when biometrics is enabled, and then fails to log in… to name but a few.

I think I managed to use this app once since I joined RSAWEB. It’s always the same message “There was an error retrieving you orders and services”
Usage
Both capped and uncapped accounts with fair acceptable usage you should be able to see on the app how much data you’ve used and how much is remaining.
Extremely poor performance
App launch is extremely slow, biometric authentication enabled but does not work, notifications enabled in device settings but cannot enable in the app.
At this point…rather not have an app
The app is buggy, slow, login settings don’t work, don’t see the point of the app if it’s unusable.
UX needs improvement
Don’t like this app, no user friendly at all, most important function “log a call” takes you off the app, really terrible UX

Extremely slow app
The RSAWEB app is extremely slow. Every time I make use of the app it either times out or takes forever to go into the different areas of the app.
Literally can’t sign in??
It doesn’t stay signed in even after I’ve selected to option to. Then it takes ages to actually sign in, only to say “authentication failed” when I’ve entered my correct credentials. I’d love to comment on the functionality of the app however I’m still waiting to be logged in
Slow / in outdated
This app is slow, takes for ever to reflect payment, terrible support and shopping experience.
Improvements needed
The App keeps logging me out and the biometric scan has to be “approved” with every login. Follow up and overview of existing and past “tickets” should be available.
Functional but not polished
There’s quite a few bugs on the app, like the constant needing to sign in even though I enabled biometrics or the fact that I have allowed notifications but the toggle still shows off, perhaps fix the bugs and go through vigorous QA testing before publishing an application, better sprint planning could help
