New update is terrible
Restricts access to full schedule layout for iPhone users. It was confusing before the update, now it’s more infuriating.
Not user friendly
The app used to be okay, but now with the new update, you aren’t able to see others schedules. Now we have to use a groupchat to ask and see who can switch or cover shifts.
Also, can’t see a full calendar view like before, just weekly schedule. They need to do better

My staff cannot see their shifts if they are scheduled as a double. I cannot change weeks to see the next schedule. , the staff cannot now only see their own schedule and not the whole to see if anyone else is available for swaps. Added all these bells and whistles and toon away what was actually useful

Not user friendly and does not allow at a glance feature that the previous version had.

WHAT IS THIS NEW UPDATE???? I very much enjoyed how this app used to look and it was easy to navigate. Now, it is 10X harder to navigate and I can’t even use it because it requires IOS 17 which I don’t have. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I have been forced to use this app for the last 3 1/2 years and it has never gotten better. So, now they do an update and we have to delete the app and reinstall the app and good luck if you don’t know your password because they don’t give you an option to reset your password and then when you call and you’re on hold for 20 minutes they pick up and they hang up on you. So yeah great app.said no one.

Catch up to 2025 technology
How do you do not have functionality to update availability that is different each week? How do you not have functionality to allow you to sync your schedule to your phone calendar? we live in a time where people have multiple jobs and availability changes week to week. Not to mention keeping track of work schedules on personal calendars…it’s 2025. Update your basic technology.

This app has been plagued with several persistent issues over the past four years, rendering it nearly unusable. Firstly, the lack of notifications to the phone despite having checked and enabled them both within the app and on the device itself is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the app frequently glitches, necessitating constant restarts just to maintain basic functionality. The messaging system within the app is abysmal, with important messages getting lost in the cluttered and confusing layout. Overall, the app's persistent notification failures, frequent glitches, and subpar messaging system contribute to an overwhelmingly negative user experience, making it wholly inadequate for effective scheduling and work management.

It needs a lot of work. Rudimentary, not easy for people under 25 to understand. The only reason why I can somewhat navigate it is because I had computer classes in elementary school in the 80s.

Glitches
Constantly glitches on what our schedule is..I don’t know why, feels like it’s cruel to have my anxiety freak out when I think I have to work a shift that turns out to be a glitch 🤦♀️ update the app
App is not helpful
Ive been using this app for almost a year and I have absolutely no idea why my management still use this app. It’s slow, difficult to process, and some features don't even work properly. I hope that one day, my employer will review the efficiency of this app and consider getting different tech that will be more user friendly.

New update is horrible
My job requires us to switch back and forth between profiles to see our schedules at different locations throughout the restaurant, which used to be easy (annoying, but easy) and now that option is gone and you have to log out and try to remember the ridiculous business code to go in and see your schedule. Went from semi-user friendly to just garbage now. Please change it back.

Works Well
This app works consistently and provides the scheduling/shift management tools that it promises. We have had no issues installing it, regardless of phone type. The menu structure feels a little disorganized and it would be great to view multiple locations swap shifts between locations etc. Overall, straightforward, reliable and easy to use.
