Employee Central holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Employee Central has 122 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of RSP Access's written reviews are positive against 13% of Employee Central's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
