Great tool!!!
This App is a must if your organization uses RT. The ability to create my own queries is fantastic. Thanks for a great App!
SSO integration?
We’ve got our RTIR instance behind SSO, so cant use the mobile app. Any plans to support?
Looks like a great app, but...
Looks like a great app but the support site is down.
Doesn’t seem to work with CAS servers
We’d love to try this app but completing the server info results in a string of code that our server admin tells us is the CAS stumbling over the username and password. Is this a known issue and is there a workaround?
Beware: not fully functional on iOS8
This app does not work correctly with iOS 8. Support doesn't exist... Apple should remove this app.

This app has been updated several times since my original review. Issues I've faced have been fixed. I hope this trend continues!

This app is fantastic and it absolutely does work
The latest updates have definitely brought the stability back. It's working great with the latest RT as of this review (4.4.1). We use this app for all of the techs in our organization and it is superior to RT's builtin mobile UI in many ways. You can't create tickets with it but that is a very minor annoyance for our needs and would be rarely used anyway. We also use it as a mobile dashboard of sorts. The result counts on queries make it great for that.
A few things you should know to make it work:
1) You can't use the integrated web server authentication with it (last I tried at least). You absolutely CAN use LDAP authentication and that's the way we us it currently (connected to AD).
2) You need to use a "real" SSL certificate, not self-signed. We had issues trying to use a self-signed cert, it never prompts to accept, it just fails to work.
3) You're kind of on your own. I don't know the developer and support seems to be non-existent. That being said, he seems to update the app on a semi-regular basis and pretty much all of the issues we've had in the past are all fixed. It works quite well.
4) It's kind of a manual setup. You have to build your queries by hand. If you've spent much time bulding queries in the RT ticket search interface you should be able ot make do. Take a look at the [Advanced] tab in the RT search interface for some clues. Use the built-in queries the developer, Dustin, has put in by default has a starting point. There is some work involved but the end result is very much worth it.
