Replace web version instead of phone app
It’s nice app but if it has web version also than it would be more easier registeration process of patient’s RT-PCR sample.

District Selection Should be Automatic Based on Pincode
Daily Epidemic cells of different municipal corporation struggle to find out correct districts of the patients delaying contact tracing. In multiple calls and mails, it has been asked to automate district selection based on Pincode, no steps are taken till date. Auto district comes based on the white listing location of sample collector which is so impractical and naive for an esteemed institute like ICMR and NIC. I strongly recommend NIV to please automate this step else this App is just adding additional burden on health authorities. This small change can make big difference in contact tracing.

What a disgusting initiative ,, there is no food item in the list
Few issues
1. Doesn't support dark mode on ios
2. Do not separate nasal swab and throat swab, we have to write names three times then, keep it together as it was in previous update.
3. If location tracking is on going, state and district should come pre filled in the coloumn.
4. Last steps involves 2 time confirmation for submission which is not required, quick submission will save time, like it was in previous update.

We are filling 100+ forms daily and I am so sorry to say but you app is not at all easy..
Try and minimise the number of clicks for doctors.
1. The date
Let it start from the current month.
In this area we are unnecessarily clicking 5 times just to come to the current month following which we fill the date which is 1 more additional click..
Keep it default blank if you don't want errors in filling it.
But the argument that we will do error hence starting it from January is illogical.
2. Doctors profile
This can be an "optional feature" .
When we are filling the information most of the field are always the same.
Eg.
A) hospital name
B) hospital state <minimum 3 clicks>
C) hospital district < minimum 2 clicks>
D) hospital email address <typing the whole email address every single time >
E) doctors name < same as above >
F) doctors phone number < same as above >
G) name of lab <it remains same for a group of forms>
not all feild should be compulsory to fill in the "doctors profile " If we want to fill in few manually their should be an option for it.
Make it a possibility to have more than 1 profile as same mobile are used by other doctors also, as provided by hospital.
Keep it easy to edit the profile as and when required.
3. Virology lab
You have location access through the app. Even then why do you show all the labs available In The state. When I am filling it from pune show me just the one's available in pune.
When we click on the lab column the pop up comes. OK. But can you also make it land on The search bar and automatically the keyboard should pop up. As the intended lab is almost never in the initial 4-5 that are visible. So everytime we have to click on the search and type it in. You can save 2 more click and a lot of time for us.
If I am filling in 100 forms I know around 40 are going to a perticular lab the others are going to a different. What is the need to fill it every time.
We are sending the srf I'd to the labs so they already have the details of the patient, why do we need to fill in the labs name. The problem with this is that during filling the form we don't know which lab the forms are going to go to. So we have to wait for the lab guys from our hospital to talk to 3-4 virology labs daily and confirm how many swabs they are accepting for that day. Then we fill in the labs name. This is wasting our time and causing delays in sending the forms and swabs from the ward to the hospital lab nd from thr to the virology lab.
If we can do away with this column of labs name it would be good. We can spend time on attending the patients rather that calling the hospital lab to conform where to send the form and waiting for their phone call in the ward.
4. Final step
After submitting the form you want us to confirm again and then again. Why?
You are increasing the number of clicks and the time we are wasting on it.
Please note the following
1.The number of cases are increasing day by day
2. You are making the app more and more doctors unfriendly
3. We are wearing PPE Kits and 2 gloves over it.. It is already difficult to type in all the details nd you are increasing the difficulty level
4.our time is spent more on The app and less on the patient just to make things easy for the virology lab technician.
5. Who is the priority the doctor- patient interaction and patient care or comfort of the virology laboratory technician.

This app has many issues
• first we have to fill the forms from the feild so there is a facility of offline filling and sync when you got network connection . Or what evere is easy.
•Second otp problem what will I do if network not available or otp late receive from both side patient or collection person
•Third why mobile app not window app also need of PC based app its very easy .

Nice initiative
Thank you for the app , this allows to regulate the testing practices especially the rampant use of pure op testing and overutilization of precious national resources of test kits. One disadvantage is the lack of Aadhar card for some patients. Kindly provide other ID card options. Not many patients come to hospital with id proof and if we deny testing on those grounds the hospital stands liable.

Need Improvements
Good initiative. But its cumbersome to generate IDs in field while wearing PPEs on spot as people don’t come in advance & most senior citizens are not phone friendly.
Now about the app
1. Must have an option of permanently delete an incomplete ID as some people gets another ID at another testing site.
2. App crash issue while filling incomplete form. Some data like state are freeze in Blank (in incomplete form catagory) & due to that page is not changed to next & app crashes repeatedly.
3. On again logging, all removed IDs are been showing, that too in multiple times of same ID (Permanent removal option must be needed to avoid unnecessary cluster of done candidates).
4. There must be a search option in incomplete form too (as to save time in completing desired candidate) as provided in submitted form catagory.

Good app but needs lots of improvements
It is very difficult to fill form in mobile while wearing ppe, some patients does not carry mobile, if they have sometimes network issues and battery issues, old age patient don’t remember their mobile no, some unaducated patient comes alone and don’t remember or don’t know their mobile number, some patients are not very cooperative and sometimes they give false mobile number, and many other problems. If there is computer version is available for this app it will be very helpful, it is very easier on computer to take out print. Please develop software for computer also.
