After login into corporate Unable to open policy details
After log in into the Vidal app once we click on policy tab app directly redirecting to login page again unable to download my Vidal cards
I am trying from since last one week but still Getting the same Can help to resolve the issue ASAP

very poor support. toll free no only gives basic info and ask to email but emails are not responded to at all.
For a health insurance TPA this kind of delay and lack of support is unacceptable. There is no proper channel that actually helps customers.
