Doctor’s profile -Every doctor has a profile page, on which their bio, experience, qualifications, languages spoken are listed to make it easier for patients on booking consultation.
You (Doctor) can choose be available on any of the these three modes of consultation that is
a) Text b) Call c) Video, based on what suits them the best.
Your patients can request for Text consultations with doctors by detailing medical history and chief complaints. In cases where you (Doctor) need to find out more information, you can message the patient. Once you have enough information, you may end the consultation by generating a medical advice/report.
Attending to Video/Phone consultations is equally simple. You need to view your upcoming consultations, and click on consult now to make a video/audio calls.
The app also reminds you to call your patients so that you do not miss out on any appointments.
