Great RTA app
I use this app all the time to calibrate my stereo system using pink noise. Highly recommended for anyone who is involved with audio and sound.

Great RTA app
just to note: new iOS update turned off mic access and RTA Audio dodnt notifying me it needed to be turned on again. so..if yours stops working check the Settings>RTA Audio>Mic
Amazing Audio Tool
Update May 2, 2023. I have been an RTA audio user since February 13, 2017. Just recently I have found the need to update my evaluation and give the developers a chance to fix things. But overall I’m extremely pleased with how the developer has kept increasing the functionality of this great application. To this end I am submitting these areas that need to be updated and rectified.

On all iPads including the iPad mini, I am unable to export files and I am unable to delete files. Only on the iPhone 12 am I able to export a file, delete files.
Please fix these bugs, thank you.

RTA audio Pro has been an amazing app. Lets you see the sounds you hear, even the low frequency ones. The only reason I don’t give it a five star review is that I can’t export what I see as a movie video.

Amazing App
Works flawlessly.

I’ve been using the app for over 2 years. I’m an audio engineer in a large mega church system. I have access to a lot of cool gear and I’m always on my iPhone as we use a group messaging app during services. And since I have my iPhone open the ease of this app is awesome. The new upgrade is a good one. This app works for me in a FOH situation every-time. Being responsible for an 1,100 seat auditorium for several services a Sunday I report back to the staff on Mondays my db levels and what frequencies were getting up there. It’s a great tool in my tool bag. Thx for the app. It works for me and our church campuses.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do
Amazing app, with latest update it now works on my iPhone XS. Would be nice to fill the screen but the fact it’s working again is the real win here!

Has Bug w/Mic Access
IPHONE 8PLUS, IOS 12SERIES...
After downloading & opening the app it first asks for permission to send notifications, then immediately a second popup window says the user has explicitly denied permission to access the mic (No I haven’t).
Any other apps on the iphone can access the mic with no issues.
No solutions to this problem can be found ANYWHERE under the Iphone ‘Settings’.

Mic permissions issue .. renders app unusable
I just recently reinstalled this, as it was the best RTA app for my iPad mini. Now I, a paying customer, am getting an error message saying “user has explicitly denied microphone access” or something along those lines. Please let us know how to fix it? Thank you
Does NOTHING.
I get the error message that the “user has denied access to microphone” although I was never given the option to start with and the app doesn’t appear under microphone access in settings. Deleted.
Microphone no longer accessible
I receive an alert stating that the user has denied access to the microphone. However, the microphone privacy setting within the iPhone settings does not show a request for access. There is no way to allow microphone access if the app no longer request access.
The app performed phenomenally up until this issue appeared.
Is there anyway to resolve this?

Oops, no microphone access
App is reporting access to mic has been denied. Unable to find out why.

Please update! Not getting mic permissions not working. Not capable of listening. This used to be the best RTA on the market.

I knew something was different.
So my perception in this version, is that it no longer remembers my gain settings and resets them every time... Um, this is no good. Otherwise this has replaced the faulty Andrew Smith app I used for years before they screwed that one up. At least the free version. Cheers
