Share RC never works.. tried it multiple times and never works. It doesn’t even show any errors either. Frustrating
Allow special characters for chassis number in iPhone
Please allow special characters like ‘/‘ in chassis number in RC section for iPhone because bikes like bmw will has ‘/‘ in last 5 digits of chassis number
RC of EV scooter not found
Unaccountable civic administration in the whole country. The only thing that will stop India becoming a super power. There are several tools that run underneath the apps monitoring customer issues while using app. They don’t need to wait for a grievance or review written to wake up to a problem. It’s a dis service when you are stuck 10 % of time while 90% time even if it worked. Dang.

Needs fixing
It’s an official app for Telangana and while data is on point. Needs to urgently update. It’s too buggy. There is no way for the user to go to the previous screen. One needs to exit and get back to look at another screen. It’s a pity because it is very useful and lets you travel without the physical sets of licences and RCs

Good but bad functionality
App is good but there is no back button in the App after adding a new one. Please work on the min functionality.
Needs Improvement
This is an amazing measure taken by the govt of Telangana around 2016 but has not been improved or updated ever since. It gets the job done but needs lot of improvement to fix the bugs and enhance the user experience. I wish the govt takes some interest in this as the concept and idea are very useful.

Worst app not working at all and don’t know why you mentioned Login with T-App can even select the option

Thought behind this app is really excellent and initially was too good for users,
Now there is a lot to improve this application.
1. There is no option to go back once we open any document.
2. There is no option to share the document.
3. Pending challan options is not opening even after clicking for multiple times
4. Failing to add new document
If we don’t give proper output to the users, then the thought behind the app is nothing.

Who has developed this app
It’s clear that the person who developed this app has to be sent to a village where he can only clean gobar. After reading all reviews it’s absolutely shocking how this state govt eats our money by asking us to pay 15 year registration amount but when it comes to giving services they are giving zero.

Function Missing
1. You cannot go back to screen once a card is open- no option to go back
2. Integration with insurance is not fetching details of vehicle policy
3. If you have two licenses India and International and if international one is recently issued, it get mixed up to show the data. Photo from international card , number from India, without any validity etc

Driving licence issue
On driving licence date of validity is not visible in iPhone. Is this my phone fault or some thing went wrong

If rc is not loading then please try entering registration number in lower case. It worked for me.
No Back Button
Finally, this App is available to all the iOS users. Thank you very much for making this possible. I am giving this rating only for the availability of RTA M-Wallet in iOS.
I have tried adding the card in the M-Wallet and could do it successfully however there is no “Back” or “Home” button to go back to the Home page. All, I have to close the App and open it up to see or add again. I think this is a easy thing to fix.

Exception messages displayed
1.) while deleting the added card, getting a toast message as - “Exception: DETAILS NOT FOUND”.
2.) not sure whether the refresh icon works or not as nothing happens visually on click of the refresh icon.

The recent update was a disaster!!
For past several years the app was working very much fine. But the latest update is not at all user friendly. There is no back button, few dl and R.C’s are not at all opening. I think the developers worked with half knowledge and testing passed with bribe.
Super useless app
Very time consuming and every time I select an RC or DL it shows loading on screen but it does not open . I’m frustrated because of this . Imagine what would be my situation when Police demands to show the documents what will be my situation . Previous version was flawless but this one is useless for ios

Documents not available
Dear Team,
Previously added documents unable to retrieve and showing that “Exception : Details not Found” error. Only DL is available, RC documents are not getting.
While adding new RC also showing same error. Please fix it.

Swipe from left to Right to go back
I see many users complaining about the back navigation key/button. Swipe from left to right in the middle of your screen and it works.
However there are bugs in the app which prevents it from opening a few entries (RC in my case). The error it shows is purely a technical one (in the language of programmers) and is not understandable to end users. The newer version shows some additional details like fitness certificate but with a blank expiry date. The background calculation to populate this value is probably missing.

Useless app as of now.
After taking it down from App Store for years they brought back this app without minimal testing. Nothing works after getting into the app.
I got my vehicle registered in 2nd week of October 2022 and they printed card in December but still not shipped to me. Its been more than 6 months.
Saw it in news daily that they collecting money for pvc card printng but not paying to vendor. So he is not printing.
Only option exists for us is to use Digilocker. But vehicle has to be registered on your name because it verifies the name against name in Aadhar.
