It’s quite literally disgusting how much ads I have to watch during one episode of a show. I have to watch 6 ads 3 times like it’s honestly horrible.
Constant lag/buffering
Don’t bother trying to watch anything live, it will randomly stop working every 10 minutes and then takes another 5 mins to load up once you restart the app.
RTE Player
No (or difficult to find??) schedule. Slow to load. A bit fiddly to navigate. But otherwise, pretty good.
Terrible quality
Upgrade your system invest in better shows wealth of talent in country
My thoughts
Been in OZ since 1966 should give you some idea how important your programmes are to the Irish who have made other countries home even if we have returned on numerous occasions.

Reduced viewing for North
Every month more and more of rte’s programmes are being cut from residents in the north
Signal Always Dropping / Annoying Ads / Stupid Sound
The app is always dropping for some reason. Secondly, I find having to watch two ads before it connects with the Programme your trying to watch is very annoying and as a result you might miss what you wanted to watch and you also have a negative approach to the ads, which I think your advertiser might want to know about. Thirdly, the stupid sound which you have to listen to during the interval is extremely annoying. In my opinion, the RTE App is not user friendly and could be much better. I trust the above helps to improve the App.

Love the player . It always works . I m abroad a good bit so can keep up with shows I like. Pity when outside Ireland I can’t get the full menu I get in Ireland
