Severely Outdated!!!

In 2020 when online mobile banking is more important than ever, I feel like I’m stuck in the stone ages using this app and at this point I’m starting to think it’s not the app but rtn themselves. I’ve considered switching banks due to this, I envy those who use other banks that can Atleast see same day transactions. The app can be so much better than what it is now but it seems who ever is in charge chooses to be lazy or is directing attention elsewhere. Pack it up!!!!!

Charges and app crashing

The app often crashes. Been accessed charges a couple of times because the app failed to open. Unable to access my account in order to make transfers since yesterday, app is still not up running. Tried to explain the situation and why I was accessed the charges to the customer representative and to possibly have those charges reversed, but to no avail. I can’t access my funds now and it is frustrating.
