This stinks
Cheap software, not intuitive at all for clicking on an X to activate a process, huh? Then it’s as snail slow, there is no option to drop by a branch and have issues resolved because there’s no WiFi in the bank, and all branches are closed to customers. The get better software. Doing business on the cheap !!!!

Check for mobile deposits it’s impossible to approve by bank always problem
I have to stop by in person to deposit checks. So annoying!!!

I love my bank, but this app needs some serious overhauling.
If I do anything on the weekend, the app doesn’t show those charges until Monday morning. That means I really don’t have a solid standing on my transactions. I am better off with a check book and pen. No matter what time, day or anything, this app should always reflect real time transactions. That is why it is there correct? I am suppose to be able to check my finances at 4am if I wanted to and know where I stand.
Secondly, if I am using the app for my account, writing out a complete sentence to say I am doing mobile deposit is smart, but also an overkill.
Third, I suggest looking at the competitors apps. RTPFCU have to see what they are doing and what is desperately missing on this app (functionality and etc). By doing that, they can actually see what people really want from a bank app (i.e. Wells Fargo App) and implement this changes effectively.

I think it’s RIDICULOUS you have to write a whole sentence on the back of a check outlining RTPFCU when I’m clearly depositing to an RTPFCU account.

LOVE THIS APP!!
This app is fast, easy to navigate, and I love the quick check! In settings you can set it to allow you to swipe down for a quick check without having to login- it doesn't do that by default. 5 stars!!
Check deposit
Mostly love the convenience. But does not support legal length checks for deposit. At least it doesn't for me.
Allows unauthorized access to account balances.
Version 5.0.1.5 has bug where anyone can open the app on your phone, select 'More' at bottom of Login screen which allows them access to the apps settings. From there they can turn on the 'Quick Balance' option, then go back to the app Login screen and view your account balances. This is a bad feature. The 'More' button should not be on the Login screen or it should not be allowed access to options that allow your account information to be viewed by anyone. Please fix ASAP.

Works well
App works well, almost there.
The app works well, relatively stable and reliable, it does pretty much what it is setup to do. It gets four stars because I think the bank itself could be more electronic but it is getting there and this app is a huge step in the right direction.
Really Nicely Done
This app is so much nicer than my previous CU's app. It supports Touch ID for security, the interface is very clean and easy to use, and the design is extremely fit for purpose - a transactional tool for moving money. Well done!
Love the app
I'm stuck at home in the snow and just made a mobile deposit. Love it. It's a great app for those who don't always have access to a computer or can't get in to the credit union.
