Doesn’t reply back to customers. Will send you broken product and not offer replacement. Doesn’t update shipping. Acts so awesome on her lives but I will NEVER purchase from her again

Use the site not the app!

I love Ruby May Cosmetics, but this app ain’t it! Every time I try to open it, it tells me I need to update when there is not even an update available. Don’t waste your time being frustrated, just go on the website instead!

Glitter Pallet

Ordered the glitter pallet and received a whole shade not pressed and all over the other shades. Glitter quality wasn’t that good, even with glue... contacted them for 2 weeks and on all platforms and didn’t get a call back or message. Poor customer service. Don’t waste your money or time.

It keeps telling me I need an update. I just download the app from the App Store. No updates are available!!! Waste of my time.
