Above and beyond

A while ago when I started using it, Ruby on my Samsung, I ran into a bug and sent a report. To my surprise they got back to me and thanked me personally asked for more details and gifted me a free month of membership, before promptly fixing the issue.
I have never had such a positive experience with a development team. I couldn’t appreciate them more

Great tool

I’ve been using ruby for years and it’s the only tracking app I’ve ever been able to consistently use. Easy to get back into if I fall off the wagon and all the features I need without making me do a bunch of unnecessary steps to get the benefits. Plus the updates are consistent and useful without impacting the flow of my usage (thanks for not moving buttons around every update!)

What we all needed!

I’m so grateful for this app!

I’d love to see it eventually connect with accounting apps for seamless expense management

It’s OK

I’ve used lots of different income tracking apps since starting SW and tbh this one is just OK… I got the yearly subscription discount for $25 a year and I’m glad I didn’t pay the full price because i get basically the same functionality (and more) out of other free apps that I use. The interface is really cute to be fair but I have already found that my calendar income log does not display correctly and I’ve only been using the app for about 2 weeks so it’s not like I have a lot of data stored in there. Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but I have income entries that show up in the list view but not the calendar view and I’ve tried deleting and re-adding but nothing works. As an establishment worker I also don’t like the way income entries need to be made. I’d rather have one entry per shift as opposed to having to enter in the individual client each time. I see thousands of clients a year and my app would quickly get clogged up with clients that I’m likely only ever to see once. I enter the client as the establishment name to get around that but then I also have to input location… Idk it’s a minor detail but I guess for me the app would have more appeal if I was an independent worker. I plan to keep using it since I’ve paid for it now but will probably go back to my other free apps that work better for me once the subscription time is up.
