Thanks very much Matt - appreciate your feedback.
Great App
I have been using this app for a week. While there are some minor changes I would ask for, overall I think it’s great.
I have been following Ruck Science since I separated my shoulder a second time last spring to help with strength and conditioning. I have been following the programs, using the supplements, and reading the blogs to help improve my performance. I often forget my workout notebook, but now I do not need one. This app allows me to take the program to the gym and track progress on my phone. There are also helpful videos if I don’t know what a certain exercise is.
I was not happy about the fee, but really $39/year is a drop in the bucket to help improve my overall fitness so I can extend my playing career.
One issue I have is that some of the exercises from the PDF programs on the website do not match the exercises on the app. Maybe this is a matter of adding additional exercises to the app, or maybe the programs have been modified since the PDFs were made. Either way, I check the night before my workout, and if there is a discrepancy, I can simply make a note with the icon next to the exercise.
The other issue I have (again, very minor) is that the app only has a max of five sets. I am working on the in-season training program at the moment, and it calls for six sets for some exercises. This may be something they are fixing, but I just add the sixth set to the note section.

Hey Charles - always appreciate your feedback pal. Regarding the differences between the app / PDFs, in some case we had to substitute because we felt it was more important to have the demo video than it was to keep to the same movement. We're planning to record our own training vids in future for custom rugby exercises and training drills etc. The five set thing is super annoying I know. But it's a limitation we have with our developers. I've asked that they change this and they're told me it's "on the roadmap". So I'll email you when I have more info. Cheers again mate!
