Even after the update. You cannot login to app. Therefore you cannot massage home WiFi settings for Ruckus devices. You receive an error stating you not connected to Ruckus network. The new Cam login takes you to a dead page.

Worst product ever
The wifi is not working after the firmware update on APs. For us this ruckus system never worked properly always some issues. If you look back over the last few years we have had many issues with this system. Now also it looks like the switch is not working. Either you try to help us fixing the issues or we are thinking of replacing it with a better solution

La gestion à distance marche très bien sur un navigateur mais impossible de le faire fonctionner dans l’application (indique qu’aucun reseau n’est enregistré et quand j’essaye d’ajouter le reseau il me dit qu’il existe déjà). Incompréhensible

This app is absolutely useless. I upgraded the Master AP to the latest firmware without issues. For some unknown reason, the Client AP did not upgrade and went offline. The mobile app cannot reset an AP. You have to contact technical support via email. Ruckus no longer provides telephone support for Lennar home clients. They will direct you to confusing and obsolete instructions without videos to reset the AP. You’re at risk of disabling the wifi throughout your house. If it were possible, I’d rate the app at ZERO stars.

Ruckus unleashed does not work
This device was installed in my home as part of a SMART package. I would periodically update the app, recently I tried to update as normally would and I received a message saying I was no longer on the Unleashed network. I have not been able to access my application or update it and they does not seem to be any help for this problem. I’m very frustrated with this device.

Never Connect to Network from IPhone
This app never recognizes the network and will not log in.
Doesn’t work
My ruckus is stuck on register device. I went to the ruckus web page and registered it. I rebooted the device and it still is stuck on register.
It was suggested I try the app on my phone. I tried to upgrade my home ruckus that isn’t stuck from the app before trying it at the office. The app says failed to fetch versions.
I used to install ruckus for all my clients. I’m thinking it is time I give ubiquiti a try again.

Was a good app but doesn’t work
The app was nice but unfortunately it stopped working and support said they do not have email or phone support and closed the ticket. The app does not find any of my access points anymore.
App is a pain
Trying to access the app is a nightmare. I tried calling support and support won’t help me because I’m a residential owner. They told me I have to go to the forum for Lennar home owners and submit a question on there. Well I followed the instructions of updating my AP via online browser and updated it. But I still can’t login on the app. It keeps saying login failed. I’m at the point of just tearing out my ruckus units and buying a different brand.

Unable to connect
Not able to access the app now. Keeps saying unable to connect to the network and takes you to settings but does not help with troubleshooting. Please update
It’s alright, but not perfect
Works with any ruckus AP, as long as it’s unleashed. I use R750 and love the AP, it’s a 8 stream AP, 4x4:4 on 2.4 and 4x4:4 on 5G. Although I have had a few issues, like the access point will just loose its info about the 5G channel and how much data is moving. Also noticed a weird thing with clients and trying to mark one as a legacy device or favorite. But the app will mark a random client as blocked and it’s quite annoying. But that’s with the app, the first issue I believe is linked to the new firmware. ( 200.15 )

Cannot log in using the app
Unable to log in from the app! Keeps saying not connected to an unleashed network, ever though I am! I’m able to log in from the web browser with no issues! Fix the app!
