- Live Activity and Dynamic Island: your ruck now stays on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — elapsed time, distance, pace, load and Load Score at a glance, and you can pause or finish without opening the app. - More accurate calories: energy burned is now estimated with a load-carriage model that accounts for pack weight, walking speed and grade, rather than a generic walking estimate. Workouts you have already saved keep their original numbers. - Reliability: an interrupted ruck resumes cleanly, and paused time never counts toward your total.
