No locations near you, even when they are a mile away.
Down loaded the App. The location in Lubbock Tx is not far away. The App told me there is no location near me, even though they have a location 1 mile away. Turned off WiFi and went to cellular only, but same result. What’s the point of having the App!-(
Worst App, No ApplePay — C’mon, Rudy’s!
They take ApplePay in the store but NOT in the App?!! After you sign in there is no logical sequence for ordering off of the menu. It took me to sweet tea and I couldn’t get anywhere else. At first it wouldn’t take the discount code. Later it did. But all I could order was drinks or off of the group menu in some weird loop. They should hire a competent app creator. The joke in their name (Rudy’s Worst BBQ) applies for real to the app.

Awful app and no one answers the phone.
On the app can’t figure out how to delete and if you call you can NOT get anyone to answer the phone. The repeated message says that someone over the phone will help you navigate through the site or app. That is false. This is less than even 1 star.
San Antonio?
Your app needs a serious update. The only locations on this version are in San Antonio. I live in Waco. They said that my order could NOT be delivered by any available delivery service.
So, this app is totally useless for anyone outside the San Antonio area.
