Gift came damaged
I love Rue La La bought 4 gifts but one came slightly damaged. I am hoping they will exchange it for a perfect one! I will call them Monday and hope they can make it right!

Cancel more than half of orders for no reason without refund
Successfully purchased an item, got the confirmation and money charged to my card. Next day merchant canceled order. Three days later successfully made purchase of same item again (one of three left according to app). Purchase again charged to my account. Next day purchase canceled by merchant. Now five days later and both charges still on my card and item still available according to website and app. What’s up? Picking and choosing who you will sell to?

Solid deal site
Sometimes some great deals (but a lot of redundant, repackaging of the same things at the same prices) and searchability isn’t great. That said, have definitely saved $ and bought things I otherwise wouldn’t have thanks to RLL!
