Bankruptcy?
I heard that rue 21 is filing for bankruptcy and will be closing all of its store in the United States. Maybe this is why the app might not be longer be working

I downloaded the app I was gonna get some new clothes and nothing would load I refreshed the page and deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times the only this that loads is a setting menu.

Never loads
The site never loads and which makes paying your bill online impossible. Really it makes doing anything on the app impossible and therefore unappealing.

App stopped working.
It was fine until the app stopped working. I have a credit card with Rue21 and I need to find out how much available credit I have left. Used to be able to log in and find out but now I’m probably gonna have to call Comenity Bank, which I didn’t want to do.

Both the app and website are not user-friendly
Using the app could be very difficult, it closes out when I’m searching for items and it also will just shut out altogether randomly.
