Bin day reminders don’t work
Downloaded this app primarily to get notifications for the bin day. Not only do those not work, you also can’t see when your next bin days are in the app - unlike on the website. I made the council aware and they said the team are working on it but only time will tell.
Can’t enter address
Can’t rate the app as such because it won’t even recognise my post code!!
Certain features of the app does not work
Does not let me check the waste collection feature in the app (I can’t check when my bin day is because it does not load).
Not worth the download
settings don't get saved - have to re-enter details everytime I load the app ..
Reminders don’t work
Downloaded this for bin day reminder notifications, which don’t work!
Big report
My phone has larger text settings. I cannot get past the address entry because the continue button is pushed off the bottom of the page. Please ‘address’ this problem.
