No daily schedule?
This app used to be useful and tell me my child’s activities for the day. This element isn’t working. Can you update this app so we know what to expect in a day.
Timetable doesn’t work
The only reason I downloaded the app was to see the daily timetable so that I would know whether to pack swim gear that day in case that was on the daily activity. The timetable is never uploaded and on the rare occasion that it is it is done during the day which is too late. It needs to be updated ideally as midnight so that parents know what to pack

Crashes
Once again it seems the app is back to crashing when trying to access the timetable….so very very disappointing
Didn’t recognise email address
Having registered on the main website, the app didn’t even recognise my email address when trying to log in, so I haven’t even been able to fully assess the app. When I contacted their support team for help, I basically got fobbed off.
