Small font
Prefer to use the original app as you’ve given this one a smaller font making it difficult to read without glasses. What was wrong with the original design?
Oh dear what a mess
Not only does the App itself look bland & ugly ‘grey’ the usability and layout is a step backwards. Many comments online about the new IMI Heatmiser neoApp which has been widely criticized by users who like me find the massive buttons, stark contrast, and cluttered dashboard a major step backward from the clean, simple look of the old version.

Pleasantly surprised
Having had the system in for 6 years I expected the change to the new app to be a nightmare. It was very easy with no hitches and I also changed my account login. A great start. 😊
Expanded history needs improvements
Once you go into the expanded history, you can’t exit. The only way to get back to the home screen is to close the app down & reopen.

Great new look but missing bits still.
Love the new look and is so much better than the last redesign. I would however like to see some of the functionality of the original app preserved. I prefer list view rather than tiles on the front page. I also really like the analytics on the front page which easily showed you which zone was in use more than the next. Both of these functions have been removed. Please put them back. Thanks.
