I think there’s been an update recently and now the app is showing no devices (thermostats) connected so I’m going to have to set everything up again. Absolute muppets.
It is complicated.
It is complicated, the pages and terms used are not Intuitively worded or laid out.

I only have three control areas, kitchen utility room and shower room
The system will not allow individual settings to work e.g. I want the utility room to never rise above 19° no fall below 16° and that’s what the program shows but the actual temperature in the room is 25°
In contrast, I won’t be showroom to be up to 22° and at the moment when it was supposed to be there, it is very cold
A number of intelligent adults have tried to understand the system, but none has succeeded in getting the temperatures I want
Don’t know what good this review will do, but I have very little hope and would certainly NOT recommend the system

Dreadful app
Impossibile to use this - so many contradictions in it - it says one profile and uses another, the settings do not hold, no logic to it al all.
App seems to be down?
My-heat app is not letting me log in - says “cancelled”. I am unable to register under a new email address either. Very unreliable and frustrating
