I think there’s been an update recently and now the app is showing no devices (thermostats) connected so I’m going to have to set everything up again. Absolute muppets.
It is complicated.
It is complicated, the pages and terms used are not Intuitively worded or laid out.

I only have three control areas, kitchen utility room and shower room
The system will not allow individual settings to work e.g. I want the utility room to never rise above 19° no fall below 16° and that’s what the program shows but the actual temperature in the room is 25°
In contrast, I won’t be showroom to be up to 22° and at the moment when it was supposed to be there, it is very cold
A number of intelligent adults have tried to understand the system, but none has succeeded in getting the temperatures I want
Don’t know what good this review will do, but I have very little hope and would certainly NOT recommend the system

Dreadful app
Impossibile to use this - so many contradictions in it - it says one profile and uses another, the settings do not hold, no logic to it al all.
App seems to be down?
My-heat app is not letting me log in - says “cancelled”. I am unable to register under a new email address either. Very unreliable and frustrating
Can’t get it to work with Alexa
I linked my nu-heat account with Alexa successfully, but none of the devices could be discovered which means I can’t control my thermostats using Alexa voice or app.
Tried to call NU-HEAT support to help me fixing the issue, but they just didn’t want to deal with it and just referred me to Heatmiser.
So I deleted the app and installed the heatmiser app instead. Linked accounts and all my thermostats were found straight away.
The nu-heat and heatmiser using the same database so I can login with my nu-heat account to heatmiser.
Don’t bother with this app, just download and use heatmiser app instead

App has been down now for a week. Nu Heat say it is the developers fault I just want a system that will work 😡😡😡

All the system is expensive costly to RUN do not beleive 1 KWH returns you 3kwh

Won’t accept profile changes. Totally useless and desperately in need of an update.

Using Nu-Heat UFH in our near passive house with biomass as our heat source. In three years I still can’t get to grips with this system - very disappointed.

This is great but…..
I agree with all of the 5* ratings for this app but unfortunately, the release of the Nu-Heat versions lag behind the original author’s versions of this app called Heatmiser.
Many new features of the (identical to look at) Heatmiser app in their own latest version are missing from Nu-Heat.
When I contacted Nu-Heat and asked why they lagged behind, they said that they were reliant on Heatmiser to offer them the latest versions. They suggested that if I wanted the latest features, then I should load the Heatmiser app and use that instead. A disappointing response from a company that normally offers excellent customer service.

App doesn’t refresh
I have 6 thermostats couple of them shows WiFi symbols but app always shows them “offline”. Not sure if this is sync issue of the app with thermostats but this issue is giving enough headaches. Dev can you please look into this issue? If there is a bug fix please apply a bit fix for this issue, thanks

Could be a lot better
The user experience in profiles is poor and clearly depicts the programmer’s logic not everyone else’s.
Useless
The system signals the heating is on as does the app but it isn’t. What’s the point? Manual controls would be better.

Sadly they use third parties to install and the one we used is not very supportive. Also when phoning the head office the technical guy just referred me back to the installer !
