App Needs Updating

No daily schedule?
This app used to be useful and tell me my child’s activities for the day. This element isn’t working. Can you update this app so we know what to expect in a day.
Timetable doesn’t work
The only reason I downloaded the app was to see the daily timetable so that I would know whether to pack swim gear that day in case that was on the daily activity. The timetable is never uploaded and on the rare occasion that it is it is done during the day which is too late. It needs to be updated ideally as midnight so that parents know what to pack

Crashes
Once again it seems the app is back to crashing when trying to access the timetable….so very very disappointing
Didn’t recognise email address
Having registered on the main website, the app didn’t even recognise my email address when trying to log in, so I haven’t even been able to fully assess the app. When I contacted their support team for help, I basically got fobbed off.
Absolutely pointless app
I only downloaded this app to get the QR required to pick up my children. Can this QR code please be made available on the Barracuda’s website. I don’t want to download yet another app when a website would do perfectly fine.
Excellent camp, terrible app
We love Barracudas camp but this app is terrible.
Please invest in a better app!
My child is coming somewhere completely new and I was hoping that the app would give me an insight into their day, maybe some photos etc, it literally does nothing useful, I can’t even access a timetable - when you try to do anything it crashes which is so incredibly frustrating! I am not sure why I was encouraged to download this???

Needs drastic improvement
Never usually review apps, but this one is awful. Functionality is non existent and the main reason for having it is to see the timetables, which almost never happens. Please fix!
Terrible!
Obviously issues been reported previously but cannot access a timetable.
Really frustrating when booking on as my son was really excited to do certain activities & obviously as there is no up to date timetable I booked him on the days they wasn’t doing the things he really wanted to.
For the price you pay you really should invest in a better app.

Useless
Useless-crashes and closes every time you try to open the daily timetable, which was the only reason we got it. Seems to have been a problem since the spring but not fixed. Don’t bother!
Crashes
As everyone else has said, useless app, the only reason to download is to access the timetable but it crashes every time. So now stuck not knowing what my 5 year old will be doing all day. Not impressed.

Like the fact I can the QR code here but ultimately downloaded the app for access to the time table which crashes most days.
Timetable does not work
I’ve updated the app and whenever I tap todays timetable the app closes itself. Can’t you just put the timetable on the website?

Crashes when trying to look at timetable which is the only thing I want the app for - i get the QR code via email so i have a whole app just for the QR code as nothing else works🙃 I expect better from a nationwide company who charge a lot for their service! It’s all so analogue
Dreadful
The app frequently loses information. You are meant to be able to find everything here but most days your lucky if you can access it.
App still crashes
Despite this being reported months ago the app still crashes when trying to access timetables. The main reason the app was downloaded was for daily timetables.
