SchoolPain
The app’s name should be changed to SchoolPain, every time we need to log in: we need to find the school and put our password every time which for come reason it does not have the option to safe in the apple security app so to log in I need to go into passwords and select the password already saved for the website.
When I go into the app I am asked if I want to create a 4 digit password, I tried to do that thousand of times during the year I select 4 numbers, I go to the second step that is confirming the 4 numbers, and says it does not match every time! It certainly should be matching I even tried with 0000!!! Nothing works. And after the second step that does not let me pass from there I can’t cancel neither, I need to close the app and start again the logging process
Notifications are not working properly just showing when the app wants not all the time a message is there.
I prefer to don’t use the app and go directly to the web!
The app need some adjustments asap.

Awful update
The latest update means that you have to select school and put in an email and password EVERY time you login which is a long and pointless since there’s really no reason for it not to be kept logged in. It gives the option to set a passcode to make logging in quicker however it fails every time on the second page telling you that the numbers don’t match. Even if you then set up a passcode in the settings it will switch off the option as soon as you leave the app and still make you log back in.

Where do I start?
Username and password not saved when logging in. Messages have to be individually viewed (no read all/delete all option) in fact there’s no obvious option to delete message’s.
When selecting inactivity lockout pin keeps saying incorrect pin entered and there’s no option to go back - you have to shutdown the app and start again.
No option to save the school so you have to do everything from scratch every time you log in. No biometric/facial recognition login option.
This really needs to be sorted.

Awful app
This app is just such a waste of time. Like others on here have stated it’s unusable.
I can only assume that because users are forced to use it the developer is getting away with not addressing the issues.
I just want to use it to read messages and I can’t even do that. You click on a message and the screen just goes blank. I have tried to delete local data in settings and it doesn’t allow me to. I have tried uninstall and reinstall it. Nothing fixes it.
There is no way to delete anything.
I so wish the school didn’t use this stupid app and just emailed us instead.

I’ve just read the review labelled ‘rubbish’ and I’m so glad I’m not loosing my mind! I thought it was just me!
Why do you have to choose the school and add username and password every single time??
And why if you attempt to enter a passcode - it refuses to believe the second one is the same??
You used to be able to use Face ID and easy peasy you were logged in.
Why the change? I’ve missed so much important information from my child’s school because I don’t have a spare 20 minutes to log in!
