Constant log out
Since getting an iPhone 17, the app does not stay logged in and requires constant log ins. Friend said the same. Did not have the issue on previous iPhone 13.
Hopeless
Hard to imagine how you get such a simple app to be so poor. I get notifications for new messages but in the app the messages are not there. Having to delete and reinstall and hope for the best. Rubbish.
Poor
I thought this was a great app. Last two days there has been excessive errors and problems signing in. The app won’t even load up today. Cant delete or save messages. However main problem is today, can’t even load up.
Bare minimum effort
Can’t search. Can’t create a passcode. Just a terrible app in this day and age.
No functionality terrible user experience
I’ve no idea why schools are using school ping. You can’t filter messages, view unread, save things or delete them but the school is able to delete messages that you wanted to save to refer back to. Also you can view a calendar but there’s no way of adding events to your own calendar like you can with most other services and email.
Messages which you’ve read randomly go back to unread and forms and payments are a total PITA.
