Rugby Ontario teamed up with Elite Training Systems (ETS) to offer age-appropriate in-season and off-season training programs to all Rugby Ontario athletes. This athlete development APP was designed to train, track, monitor, rank & archive the performance of each Rugby Ontario athlete. Once registered with Rugby Ontario, athletes will receive log-in credentials & instructions on how to access and use Rugby Ontario's athlete APP.
Elite Training Systems was founded by Mark Fitzgerald. Mark and his team created each program in the Rugby Ontario system. Mark is Head Strength Coach at Rugby Ontario & the Anaheim Ducks. He is also Lead Trainer at Under Armour Canada.
