Log in through Facebook and had a old email on it. That’s where my tickets were n I couldn’t have access to them. They do not have a customer service number! 900$ down the drain
Like the seat views and 360 nature
The way you can see a view from your seat by default is great. It’s too bad not every section has a 360 seat view, but the overwhelming majority seems to be covered. Makes sense to always check here for seat views and a price comparison verse Stubhub, Vivid and Seatgeek.
User Friendly and Fast!
This app was very easy to use which made buying last minute tickets very comfortable and efficient. Best of all, they have 360 degree seat views so you know exactly what you’re buying! Would recommend this to all my family and friends and wouldn’t use any other app!

I haven’t come across a ticketing site that allows you to see the view from your seat with a 360 degree view. I’ve had bad experiences on other marketplaces where I was disappointed with my view. Rukkus makes the purchase easy!!! Prices are great too!
User friendly
If they’re powered by TickPick, I’m in! Both apps are super user friendly and I’ve had nothing but great customer service from TickPick so I expect nothing less from Rukkus.
What is happening
I love this app ! I have been using it for the past two years for ever concert i go to ! But for the last week the app has not been working . It won't load any of my searches and when im looking at whats near me it wont let me click on any of the upcoming shows . PLEASE FIX A S A P !!
Worst app ever
Don’t even bother. This app is not worth all the hassle for cheaper tickets. Worst customer service. Does anybody even work here? No reply to 3 email inquiries about tickets we never got in the app. If I could give this 0 it would reflect the quality of this start up business. Report them to FTC so they can investigate this scam company.

SCAM
I would give zero stars if I could. Rukkus took my money and never sent my tickets. I flew my grandkids in from Chicago and reserved hotel rooms in Houston for an Astros game!! WE NEVER SAW THE GAME BECAUSE WE NEVER RECEIVED TICKETS. I’m out ALOT of money. Get Ready Rukkus! You’ll be hearing from my attorney!!

Tickets never received!!
They stole my money, never delivered tickets. Had to stop payment with my bank to get a refund. They don’t answer live chat, phone calls or reply to emails. I ended up having to purchase tickets at the game we attended in addition to the ones I purchased from Rukkus that never arrived. TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Never Received my tickets
I wish I could give it a 0. I have never written a review before because usually you get what you paid for and that’s that. But, this experience was so terrible that I wanted to let everyone know how much of a scam Rukkus is. A few days ago, I bought four tickets for the Mariners game through the app and after you pay, they have a section on the app that shows your upcoming events and it shows you how to access the tickets. The tickets that I bought, I had to email them and on the app, there is a way to send the tickets to the email so you can print them. I sent them to my email but they never actually arrived to my mailbox. So I tried multiple times and nothing ever worked. Then, I tried a different email address. Then, my girlfriends, then my dads. Nothing would work. I tried multiple, multiple times to reach out to costumer service via email and their customer service chat room, and no one ever reached out to me and haven’t still today. (Note- they don’t have a customer service phone number) So, we went to the stadium and I tried to explain to Mariners customer service what happened, but unfortunately and as expected, Mariners CS couldn’t do anything about it which makes sense since it is a third party. So, while in line to get in the stadium, I bought four more tickets from Gametime which was super easy and scanned right off my phone. Here’s the kicker, since we already bought the other seats through Rukkus, I figured we could still use them because ideally they should be empty since they were tehcinally purchased. As we sat in our original seats, we had two other groups of people during the game that had the exact same seats as us on their tickets. Don’t use Rukkus, do use Gametime.
