Not reliable
I’ve had this drone for a while but lately the app won’t even let me start it when I go to slide the slider it doesn’t move the slider instead tries to move to another app altogether it only slides in small increments and then wants to stop even though it says ready to fly

Drone will be over me and lose signal randomly and camera freezes but drone will still be flying. App makes you slide the button on the screen to start motor but will exit the flight control screen each time. They need to update the app.
Controls blocked by camera
Generally the App works well. But with my iPhone 17, the control options along the left edge of the App are blocked by the front camera.
Poor quality
This device fails to connect after less than two hours of flight time customer service does not offer support. I would avoid this product at all cost.

Pretty good but….
This is a good drone and I think it was worth the money overall. I do wish the camera quality was a little higher. Another problem, I don’t know what is happening but the app will not control camera angle, can only be done from the remote. Worth it though!
Great drone but…
This drone works great. Period. I do wish the video was of higher quality, but moreover, I REALLY with we could change the controls so they match up better with how video games work: translation on the left thump stick. Speed and height on the left. I feel like I’m having to relearn something that’s already muscle memory.

Absolutely don’t buy!
I purchased this drone about three years ago to replace an older outdated Parrot drone. It worked great for the first few months then the software updates and App updates started to roll in. Connectivity issues, sync issues, video connectivity issues. Long story short nothing works. The drone links and flys but there is no way to fly outside of visual range. I spend an hour with tech support and I was informed to “download the latest update”. I had and nothing changed. Tech support said I should have version 1.21 (I believe) but the App Store only had 1.4.
I DO NOT recommend getting this drone. Spend the extra money for a better supported drone.

Worked fine for months, now not so much
Like the title says, it worked fine for months, not if looses connection after 1min to 5min of fly time. Won’t reconnect with my phone.

USB-C to USB-C connection for controller to phone does not work.
I’m giving it two stars because other than this issue it’s a wonderful drone. However, this is a pretty major issue. I can’t get the controller to pair with either my Google Pixel (USB-C) or IPhone 15 (USB-C), but it works fine on my wife’s IPhone 14 (Lightning). This is a pretty big deal and it needs to be addressed with the next software patch.

Version 1.4.2 does not work full screen in iPad
Prior versions of software was full screen on my iPad mini. 1.4.2 will not go full screen :(. With bad eyes the iPad makes things much better
Works good
I purchased the drone as my first buy . Excited with it works perfectly. I did go on to spend 5 times more on a Dji . I still like this drone . Just out of interest I did crash it into a very high tree completely novice flying incident . It was so high but luckily the weight of the drone and gravity it came crashing down …. Guess what it still works !
It’s fun good camera . It will fly in restricted areas . Which of course we would never do . I just wish this company did a high end drone as I think they could do very well .

Camera won’t work anymore
Support never picks up and when they do it isn’t helpful. Kinda upset I spent 500$ on a now paper weight with less then 20 hours of flight time.

Poor GPS connectivity and drone shuts off mid flight
Drone worked great for the first few flights, but have recently had problems getting a signal. Also was flying it in Hawaii and the thing stopped mid flight and dropped out of the air. Luckily not over the water and landed in a tree. Wouldn’t recommend this drone
Can’t get connected
Just bought this drone and it won’t connect to my I phone 14 pro.
Don’t bother
For the price of this drone I could have gotten a better one. It never connects or when it does it disconnects. This is my 3rd one. I’ll be selling this piece of crap.
App Non-Functional
Would not recommend this drone simply because of the app. Any newer phone or iOS does not work with this app and will not recognize the drone. This problem has been here for months and no change or fix has been made to the app. Tech support for this app is not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this drone to anyone now

Inconsistent Connection
Works great when it works at all, but connecting to the remote is extremely hit or miss and in no way predictable. Can be very frustrating eating up battery while turning everything off and on continuously until it magically decides to connect.
