Too buggy

Login shuts down 2 or 3 times before FINALLY logging me in and not crashing. Needs to be more stable.

You know what they say, if the monkey doesn’t get bananas, it can’t be successful. No exception here folks. This is the WORST app I have ever encountered. I’m a member here and strongly considering canceling my membership. I hope management reads this. -

Unable to book my own rides

App is very laggy/buggy. I have an unlimited membership and have to call ahead each time I want to ride because I am unable to book the ride myself through this app. When I go to check out it asks me to purchase a membership. Upon checkout, it also switches from my user to a totally random user.

Slow to Load

The app is slow to load from start to finish. You have to wait for the page to load, wait for the classes to load, wait for the bike selection to load, and wait for a confirmation. I’ve got 5G and all the bars…this shouldn’t be happening and I know it’s a common complaint at my location.
