App inútil y atención nula

Una app inutil, poca información no tenue teléfono de contacto te manda siempre a chat virtual que tiene respuestas predeterminada y no una agente, no comprar en rumbo ya que la App inútil y la atención nula

It is a scam

Do not buy flights with this app or on the website. I lost $2500 that way. A scam thru and thru.

Lean para que no les ocurra lo mismo

Si por algún motivo quieres cambiar de fechas luego de comprados los boletos, te tendrán semanas diciendo que te van a enviar un correo que tienes que responder en 48 horas y nunca llega dicho correo. Terminarás comprando unos nuevos boletos.

NO UPDATES ON REFUNDS

Their offices in Spain cannot give a serious update on refunds. They were not clear on how they should be processed in the first place and I’m still waiting for answer. Unreachable by email and through phone it’s the same confusing and irresponsible answer. The app does not allow any way to track this process.
