So I wrote this a three star because I didn’t really like the app that much it didn’t really give me. It didn’t it wasn’t the thing that I was kind of looking for I was I wish that it was so you could just have a gap for your line instead of having to speed through with gaps because it says my line too quickly in that so if you the developers see this and I hope you couldn’t look at that and try and do something like that I don’t know but I think overall it was quite great. I had to end up deleting it because there was I didn’t have enough lines. I had too many lines in it and the eight recordings weren’t enough for me and I still haven’t found a good rehearsing app for it so if you could fix those three things, I would absolutely give it a

I would pay but I can’t!
Useful app for drilling lines as I go on my runs - I would upgrade for more recordings but the app won’t let me, which is a shame!
It’s not great
Don’t get me wrong I absolutely loved it to start with as it really helped young actors like me memorise there lines but as soon as I got up to two recordings which were two minuets each it didn’t let me do anymore and said that I had to pay to do more recordings I found that thoroughly stupid as when I looked at it it said “a fun free way to memorise lines “ I would love this to be changed because it is really hard to memorise and it was a great idea until paying came in which I will refuse to do !

Wow this is a game changer
At first, I wasn’t using this to learn my lines for the play. I’m currently in. It’s my first time in a play and once someone introduced me to this wow it’s amazing! I was a bit late doing it so I tried it the old-fashioned way, and wish I had done it this way from the beginning!
Don’t switch to a new device
When switching to a new device there is no way to keep all your recordings. I paid for a subscription and now everything is gone.
Timing off
Timing for pauses gets progressively more and more off. Tried resting and haven’t found a fix
Simple but Effective App!
This app is great for memorizing anything, it does have a subscription but it’s only a dollar! It’s a straight forward no B.S app for memorizing anything. Great app! Another thing is consistency, it stays on track with your speaking on the way, which is such a helpful feature.
A great tool, but missing one feature
I initially purchased the app as a one-time forever payment, and got notified yesterday that it’s now subscription based and I have to continuously pay for it. If that’s the case, I’d like to request a feature that the app has always been missing: normal speed with gaps. This would allow me to rehearse movement and blocking, which is difficult to do with the only current “with gaps” option, which is sped up too fast to incorporate movement. Thank you.

The best way to run lines
This is the best way I’ve found to run lines. The app is easy to use and flexible. You can listen to the script in its entirety, get just the right pause for your lines, and go normal speed or fast.

THIS GAME HELPED SO MUCH
So here I was in my bedroom trying to memorize my aditon lines for my audition tomorrow for a summer camp that my school was to called Alice in wonderland jr. and I was like come on u go the lead last year you can do it this year but I could not memorize the lines so I got on Google and asked it what apps I should try and I searched one up trued it then deleted it then I saw this one. And I love it I can hear myself then improve so can I hopefully get Alice so I would really recommend this app, to the creator thank you so much for making this app🙂

Super helpful!
A reasonably priced excellently useful tool for learning lines. I'm a novice actor and it helps to listen to lines with the gaps to fill. The prompt options are great as you get the lines under your belt.
The best
I have used this app for many years and owe it a lot. My only small gripe is resubscribing, once your subscription lapses it is quite tricky to get it back in action which means you lose many of the key features. Make it a rolling subscription!

Simple and Effective
So far I’ve only used the free version but I’m about to upgrade. I find the app to be simple to use and very effective in helping me nail my lines quickly.
Almost great
Very useful app and definitely the least buggy one out there for learning lines. But it’s just a couple settings short of being great and they’re both about playback:
Firstly, you can play it back a number of ways but if you just want gaps for your lines (so it doesn’t repeat your line), you can only do it at a faster speed. Why can’t I do it at the same speed that I recorded? It seems bizarre to me to not have that option.
Secondly, I mainly use this to learn for auditions and tapes so I’m always reading by myself, so it gets hard to distinguish between which is my character and others when I’m learning it. Whereas other apps (OffBook! e.g) offer a ‘cue my line’ option, where it will play a ding when it’s your line. I was halfway through a tape when I realised there was a line that I thought was mine, but I had learnt the start of the other character’s line. So unless they bring this option in, maybe consider getting another reader for any other characters.
All in all it is good, but could be great.

Perfect app
"Run Lines With Me" is exactly how I would have built an actor's app. The 3 playback versions are exactly what I need. This is a great example of an app being simple and perfect.
Great but I need a little help
I use this so many times but I record a 2 min one and then I try to play it and it’s gone. Like gone literally. And I made sure to save it and it wasn’t there. We might need a little bug update for this app. And coming from a little poor fam i was wondering if I could have a free subscription for a little? Thank you so much.
