This update fixes an important issue where GPS could continue running in the background after you ended a run or closed the app — your location is now only ever used while a run is actively being recorded. We've also overhauled location across the app: Explore now centers on where you actually are, searching other cities works reliably, and changing your home location updates instantly everywhere. On top of that, the app starts faster, maps open right on your position with no zooming around, and run tracking is smoother with more accurate distance and pace.
More
