About

RunHeat visualizes running workout data from Apple Health and running records you import from Strava or Garmin as a heatmap. Review a full year on one screen and quickly understand when you ran and how your distance changed over time. Daily running distance is represented by color intensity. Tap a date to see session-level start time, distance, and pace. When you return after another app syncs with Apple Health, RunHeat automatically refreshes the available years and the runs for the year you're viewing. Preview and share yearly, monthly, and weekly heatmap cards. You can also select a Strava or Garmin Bulk Export zip file to import running records, while overlapping runs from multiple sources are merged to avoid duplicate totals. RunHeat only uses running workout data and requests read-only access to workout records from Apple Health. Imported Strava and Garmin records remain in local storage on your device, are not written to Apple Health, and are not sent to an external server.
