About

RunHeat

Features

RunHeat visualizes running workout data from Apple Health and running records you import from Strava or Garmin as a heatmap. Review a full year on one screen and quickly understand when you ran and how your distance changed over time. Daily running distance is represented by color intensity. Tap a date to see session-level start time, distance, and pace. Customize your heatmap colors and distance thresholds in Heatmap Settings and save them on your device. Use the menu to import a Strava or Garmin Bulk Export ZIP or refresh your current records. Overlapping runs from multiple sources are merged to avoid duplicate totals. When you return after another app syncs with Apple Health, RunHeat automatically refreshes available years and the runs for the year you are viewing. Preview and share yearly, monthly, and weekly heatmap cards. Tap a distance total to choose a period, or open How to Share in the menu to find each sharing location. Shared cards use your selected colors and distance thresholds. RunHeat only uses running workout data and requests read-only access to workout records from Apple Health. Imported Strava and Garmin records remain in local storage on your device, are not written to Apple Health, and are not sent to an external server unless you choose to include information in a feedback attachment. Use Send Feedback in the menu or shake your device to send feedback. Your text, chosen images, app version, and screen information are sent to the developer. Captures may include running information; review, edit, or remove them before sending.
